How Do I Become a vendor?
Winnipeg Punk Rock Flea Market is a curated market in Winnipeg Manitoba. We celebrate the DIY ethos, independent spirit and work hard to create a safe place.
We are always looking for alternative, eclectic makers that create art, handmade items of all descriptions, as well as purveyors of vintage wares, tasty treats, and other items that appeal to the coolest market goers in Winnipeg.
What we’re looking for…
WPRFM focuses on handmade, vintage, and original items. We aim to keep local businesses at the forefront, but we do accept vendors from across Canada!
If you are a record collector looking to sell to others, or your closet is overflowing with vintage outfits, and you need to make space for more - apply! Housewares and art of all kinds, stuff for the little punks, stuff for the fur punks, yummy things, scary things, pretty things- EVERYTHING will be considered!
We do not require you to be a business with a social media presence!
Things we don’t like….
We do not accept MLM/Direct Sales marketing vendors or “information only” booths.
We do not accept weapons of any kind, (overly) graphic content, or anything promoting oppression, hate speech, cultural appropriation or insensitivity. All taxidermy items, or items any items including wild animal parts must follow all Province of Manitoba Regulations. Be cool, pals.

Selection Process/Waitlist
While we wish we could have room for everyone who applies, there are simply too many amazing vendors out there to put them all in one room!
What this means is that you may be wait listed, but that does not mean we don’t like your stuff! If we have more spaces open up after applications close, we go to the waitlist to fill them up.
Important things to know
We do not have any special set up or display requirements, we only ask that your setup fit within your assigned space.
You can bring 1 helper or buddy during the market, and up to 2 helpers for set up. If you need any other additional accommodations let us know. It’s important that we know about any accommodations (ex. for mobility or allergy requests) in advance so that we can plan ahead!
We will have a team of volunteers available to help you load in and set up, bring you snacks and water, and watch your table if you need to use the washroom.
Fees must be paid by the deadline in your acceptance email. If they are not paid, you will forfeit your spot to a vendor on the waitlist!
How to Apply
Applications to participate in the WPRFM are generally available approximately 3 months ahead of the event date and are announced in advance on our social media channels and via our newsletter. Once available, simply fill out our Vendor Application Form and tell us all about your business and why you want to vend with us!
All details on available spaces, sizes and prices are included on the application form.
We do need to know about you and your products for you to be accepted so please fill out the application to the best of your ability!
