Chef Jessie and puppet master Candice serve up all-vegan comfort food eats. Great food that just happens to be vegan.
Team Roughage got their start by showing up at markets and catering in 2017. Then in 2019, they opened up a brick and motar on Sherbrook Street that lasted 5 years. As the building gets torn down, they are going back to their roots and showing up at markets and doing guest spots at Club 200 and other local breweries, serving up delicious vegan eats. They make all their nut-based cheezes and seitans (immatation meats) themselves.
They will be slinging their cheezes, seitans, baked goods and delicious packaged sandwiches at the market, so come hungry!
