J.D. Renaud is, despite all evidence to the contrary, a professional. He is a visual artist, born in Oakville Ontario, currently living in Winnipeg for some reason.
His visual artwork, which he calls ‘One Sheets’, have been attracting considerable attention from fans of abstract pop art, and have sold internationally to private collectors and professional art institutions alike. His first solo gallery show was in August of 2014. In 2015, 2018, and 2022 he was voted ‘Favourite Local Visual Artist’ the readers of The Uniter, and was the subject of the documentary short ‘Paper Cuts’ filmed for MTS Stories From Home.
He ruins things for a living.
