Liv is a gluten free baker, striving to make food so good you won’t miss the gluten! At the age of 19, she was ironically diagnosed with celiac disease (as well as Chron’s) while working as a baker (the only one in the whole family, go figure).

She hopes to bring that “fresh baked made with love” feeling missing in gluten free products sold in store and wants to bring inclusivity, peace of mind and awesome flavours to the gluten free community.

Having a culinary background, her menus are always changing, giving you the opportunity to try something new!
