Jaya’s Preserves is a mother/daughter team from West St. Paul, Manitoba, making homemade, small-batch preserves using traditional methods.

With a focus on fresh and seasonal vegetables, fruits and herbs, they love experimenting with flavors to create unique combinations. After many years of experimenting, tasting and adjusting, their Spicy Carrot Pickle has become a favorite among family and friends.
