I Like Motorcycles and Rock n Roll

What would the bathroom door signs look like in an Icekrainian art collective/biker clubhouse/discotheque? Bjorn from “I Like Motorcycles and Rock N Roll” was determined to find out. Befuddling and amusing, engorged in colour and always painted on recycled demolition, construction scraps, and busted up furniture… this is splattery pop art.

Old-school One-Shot sign painting enamels are applied freehand as the last indignity for an already very road-weary slab of tree corpse. These unique pieces are later captured using technology and applied to stickers and clothing. Limited digital monkeyshines here unless absolutely necessary; paint brushes with wooden handles if you can dig it. Art that both old and young, headbangers and knee breezers, sassy folks and buttoned-down beatniks can all agree or disagree on…. or whatever!

Love is all that matters. Twang those guitars and get those knobby knees in the breeze!
